Chef Sharon Cohen takes pride in cooking up mouthwatering dishes made from locally sourced seafood and meat. Some dishes of note include the Seafood Spaghetti, Grouper Kebab and Seafood, and the Bone in Steak. They also have an extensive wine list but you are allowed to bring one bottle of your own wine up to 750ml not appearing on the wine list for a fee of 89 NIS, around $22.38 US.

Shila is open for Lunch and Dinner daily from 12:30 to 11 pm. The average cost per person is around 310 NIS (New Israeli Shekel) or $78 US.

2. Manta Ray

Manta Ray is one of the best beach restaurants with a view because it is located directly on the beachfront. It’s just a 7-minute (2.3 km) drive from Tel Aviv Beach and is LGBTQ+ friendly. You can dine while being accompanied by the sound of crashing waves and take in the beautiful sights of Israel’s Mediterranean coast.

You can visit Manta Ray for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner daily from 9 am to 11 pm. The menus offer Middle Eastern-inspired seafood dishes. Try menu items like the Roasted Whole Calamari, the Lamb Osso Bucco (lamb shank) with mashed potatoes, or the Baked Blue Bream.

Although Manta Ray offers both indoor and outdoor seating, it is recommended that you try to reserve an outdoor table. This way, you can watch the sunset as you enjoy your meal and have a romantic date night. It is also just a 3-minute walk to the Etzel Museum

3. Prozdor

Prozdor is a 5-minute (1.1 km) drive from Tel Aviv Beach or just about a 10-minute walk if traffic conditions are too much. This is one of the best restaurants in Tel Aviv if you’re craving a good old-fashioned hamburger in a more relaxed setting. 

Come to Prozdor for over 20 different styles of hamburgers, along with classic sides like sweet potato fries, onion rings, and wings. Prozdor also has a selection of craft beer and wine to wash it all down. They even have vegetarian and vegan options.

4. Loullie 

Loullie is located about 3.3 km from Tel Aviv Beach, during peak hours, it’s around an 11-minute drive or a 14-minute walk. It’s ideal if you’re looking for beach restaurants with a laid-back vibe and a vibrant late-night ambiance. Loullie is situated right on the beach, making it another one of the best restaurants with a view to watch the sunset. 

The menu options at Loullie span from fresh fish and seafood to standard fare like cheeseburgers and salads. They also offer a wide variety of alcoholic beverages like wine, beer, and cocktails.

The atmosphere at Loullie tends to skew towards a younger audience. There is even a DJ to liven up the atmosphere. Louille is open from 10 am to 2 am on Friday and Saturday with hours of 11 am until 1 am Sunday through Thursday. 

5. Banana Beach

Banana Beach is a 4-minute drive or a 7-minute walk from Tel Aviv Beach.  This is a favorite among locals and tourists alike for low-key and casual beach restaurants that allow dogs. Banana Beach is open for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

It is located about 1.5 km from Tel Aviv Beach, which is 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot. Menu items include Hummus and Pita Bread, Beef Carpaccio, Chicken Shawarma, and the Seafood Platter. 

Lala Land is open from 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. daily for dine-in and takeout. You can enjoy Breakfast, Lunch, Brunch, and Dinner sitting underneath large beach umbrellas at one of the best restaurants with a view of the sun, sea, sand, and surf. They also have an extensive of spirits, liqueurs, cocktails, and beers. 

During busier times, you may find that the service is slower due to an influx of people, but if you take your time and relax by enjoying the stunning beach views, it will be worth it. 

7. Fortuna Del Mar

The Fortuna Del Mar restaurant is located in the marina next to the Carlton Hotel. It’s a 9-minute car ride (3 km) or about a 22-minute walk from Tel Aviv Beach. At Fortuna Del Mar, you can find an expansive menu of Mediterranean cuisine, seafood, and pasta like Marinated Mussels, Shrimp and Calamari, and Fish Soup.

Fortuna Del Mar lets you experience views of the marina while you dine. Away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Tel Aviv boardwalk, this rustic and cozy restaurant is the perfect place to share a romantic meal for honeymooning couples. Fortuna Del Mar is open from Sunday through Thursday from 12 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday. 

8. Sushi Bar Bazel

In the mood for some high-quality sushi? Head on over to Sushi Bar Bazel. Sushi Bar Bazel is 1.4 km from Tel Aviv Beach, this equates to a 5-minute car ride or a 13-minute walk. They are located inside the Prima City Hotel.

Menu items at Sushi Bar Bazel offer a variety of Kosher sushi options like Nigiri, Salmon Inari, Beef Tataki, Tofu Steask, and Spicy Tuna, as well as Ramen. 

Their menu of wines, beers, cocktails, and sake is not to be missed. Sushi Bar Bazel is open from 1 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. from Sunday through Tuesday, 4 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, and 7:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. on Saturday. They are closed on Fridays. 

9. Emesh 

Emesh is located 2.1 km from Tel Aviv Beach, about 6 minutes by car or 26 minutes on foot. It is one of the most popular Tel Aviv restaurants and nightclubs. Emesh is open from 6:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 6:30 p.m. to 4 a.m. Thursdays and Fridays, 6:30 p.m. to 12 a.m. on Sundays, 6:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Mondays, and Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 3 a.m.

10. OCD TLV
